Anti-Dumping Duty updates
HMRC have published a number of updates concerning Customs’ anti-dumping duty. These updates relate to the following:
- An exporter review of the Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of ironing boards originating in China (AD1621)
- Imposing a definitive Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of wire of non-alloy steel (not plated or not coated or plated or coated with Zinc), and stranded wire of non-alloy steel (whether or not plated or coated), containing by weight 0.6% or more of carbon, with a maximum cross-sectional dimension exceeding 3 mm which originate from China. - Imposing a definitive Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of candles, tapers and other outdoor burners, originating in China. (AD1623)
- The suspension of the definitive Anti-Dumping Duty on imports of glyphosate originating in China as well as imports consigned from Malaysia and Taiwan. (AD1624)
